About The Position

The Dancing Dealer accurately deals table games while providing excellent service to guests. The role reports to the Games Manager or the Supervisor on duty and rotates between table games and dancing on a predetermined schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deal table games accurately while providing excellent service to guests.
• Practice, support, and promote the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Communicate professionally with guests and answer their questions in a way that demonstrates understanding of the department and property.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor while assisting guests at table games.
• Rotate between table games and dancing according to a predetermined schedule.
• Comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
