About The Position

The Dancing Dealer accurately deals table games while providing excellent service to guests. The role reports to the Games Manager or the Supervisor on duty and rotates between table games and dancing on a predetermined schedule. The employee is expected to promote company service standards and communicate professionally with guests, team members, and management.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Normal or corrected vision, ability to see color, and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, reach, push, pull, and grasp.

Responsibilities

• Accurately deal table games while providing excellent guest service.
• Rotate between table games and dancing on a predetermined schedule.
• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Communicate professionally with guests.
• Answer guest questions with an understanding of the department and property.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor while handling guests at table games.
• Comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
