About The Position

The Dancing Dealer works in Table Games, accurately dealing games while providing excellent service to guests. The role reports to the Games Manager or the Supervisor on duty and rotates between table games and dancing on a predetermined schedule. The position requires promoting company service standards and communicating with guests, team members, and management in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements

• Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
• Be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately deal games while providing excellent service to guests.
• Rotate between table games and dancing on a predetermined schedule.
• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Communicate professionally with guests and answer their questions in a way that demonstrates understanding of the department and property.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor while handling guests at table games.
• Comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
