About The Position
Bear Lake Memorial Healthcare is seeking a hard working, motivated, and dependable individual to perform patient care and clerical assistance in their Dialysis Department.
Requirements
- Must be motivated and dependable
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) essential
- High level of integrity
Nice To Haves
- C.N.A preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in the medical field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Registered Nurse with patient dialysis
- Maintaining equipment and water systems
- Cleaning and sterilizing equipment
- Caring for patient’s needs during dialysis
- Charting patient treatment information
- Assist as necessary with patient scheduling
- Work with Microsoft computer programs to complete flow sheets and checklists
