About The Position

Accendra Health is hiring a Diabetes Outside Sales Specialist for Byram Healthcare’s growing diabetes portfolio. The specialist sells Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), insulin pumps, and related supplies in the assigned territory. The role focuses on healthcare sales, building customer relationships, supporting referrals, and promoting Byram Healthcare’s services to the diabetes community. The anticipated base salary is $70,000–$80,000 per year, with an uncapped bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education, and location.

Requirements

At least two years of experience selling in the healthcare space.
Outside sales experience.
Demonstrable success in previous employment, indicated by a high level of sales performance.
Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Must reside in the geographic location of the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree; two years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Conduct sales calls with targeted healthcare providers, including Endocrinology, Primary Care, and Internal Medicine.
Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to establish strategic sales plans covering referral sources in the assigned territory.
Identify and develop relationships with key customers to drive sales growth of Byram Healthcare’s services.
Resolve and follow up on customer concerns in a timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Explain reimbursement requirements, services, and necessary documentation to customers.
Arrange and conduct in-services.
Analyze the impact of managed care in the territory and its effect on prescribing decisions, and modify sales and promotion strategies as needed.
Represent Byram Healthcare at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits.
