REACH Beyond Domestic Violence is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981 that provides safety and empowerment to survivors of abuse. Its services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, support groups, legal advocacy, specialized services for children and families, community-based survivor advocacy, and prevention programs such as community education and training. REACH serves survivors inclusively, without income or other access requirements. The Development Administrative Coordinator performs administrative functions for the Development team and some general operations work for the organization. The role oversees the donor CRM, gift processing, donor records, acknowledgements, reporting, and backend support for the event management platform. It also supports event operations, mail and invoice processing, donation recording, deposit reporting, in-kind donations, and finance reconciliation. The position is supervised by the Director of Development. This is a temporary, part-time position of roughly 20 hours per week, depending on workload, with a commitment through June 30, 2027. The schedule is hybrid, ideally with two days per week in the office. At least 50% of hours must be in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Hours must include the monthly staff meeting from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. on the last Wednesday of each month. The employee also attends staff and program meetings and meets deadlines for reports and donor-related tasks.
