About The Position
True Adventure Travel is a travel company that creates personalized travel experiences. The Destination Specialist designs and organizes customized itineraries based on clients’ travel preferences and budgets, working remotely and providing customer support before, during, and after each trip.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requests or requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodation, and activities.
- Create detailed, personalized travel itineraries covering flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other necessary arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients’ trips.
- Stay current on travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
