About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative, titled Design Consultant, in Greenville, North Carolina. The representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and uses the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for the company’s home improvement products and services. Sales appointments are approximately two hours long, and leads are warm and pre-set; the role does not involve cold-calling or lead generation. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• Competitive nature and drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; successful candidates have also come from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a personalized, one-call-close sales process.
• Use the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase products and services.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Work the monthly rotating schedule: weeks 1–2, Monday–Friday with availability from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; weeks 3–4, Tuesday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
