About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a Design Consultant to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and use the company’s sales method to secure agreements for its home improvement products and services. The company specializes in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels and operates in more than 40 locations nationwide, with over 3,000 employees. The role involves guiding customers through personalized, one-call-close sales appointments. Leads are warm and pre-set; the position does not require cold-calling or lead generation. Sales appointments are approximately two hours each. The schedule rotates monthly between Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday, with specified availability windows. The consultant also attends weekly team meetings and training workshops. Paid training is provided, with potential for professional growth.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly connect with people in an environment.
- Competitive nature and drive to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is also relevant.
- Valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
