The Individual Income Tax Customer Contact section is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems and contributing to a culture built on continuous improvements, creativity and teamwork. As part of our support team, you will help oversee and enhance the section's systems, reporting and customer experience initiatives while working alongside professionals across multiply Treasury divisions. The IIT CC Analyst performs a diverse range of responsibilities, including improving operational systems and reporting processes, researching solutions and identifying opportunities for innovation. This position collaborates with staff and technology teams across Treasury divisions, assists with system upgrades, enhancements and testing efforts, analyzes metrics and presents insights that improve customer experience and contributes ideas that support and evolve a growth-focused workplace culture. Knowledge of Income Tax processes, Treasury systems and applications is preferred.
