This position offers the ability to work remotely three days per week with a Flexible/Hybrid work schedule. The Tax Compliance Bureau (TCB) is recruiting for a candidate that is detail oriented, resourceful, and innovative to help strengthen operations and elevate the services provided. This position performs a range of analytical assignments including researching emerging technology, analyzing customer feedback, and designing, staging, and coordinating deployments of hardware or software for customers at multiple locations. It reviews security access and research frameworks to ensure customers receive accurate security permissions, provides technical support for bureau customers, and serves as a liaison to assist in resolving issues. The role functions as an analyst performing a range of assignments in support to maintain high volumes of equipment and complex security roles, working with other team members to serve a large customer base within the department. The position will design, develop, test, and implement automation tools to enhance customer service provided to internal customers.
