About The Position
Clear Lakes Dental is expanding and seeking dentists to join our team in Duluth, MN. We offer a unique opportunity to move beyond being an associate and become a future owner of your own dental clinic. Our model provides clear, structured, and supported pathways to 50% to 100% ownership, allowing dentists to build long-term wealth and autonomy. We emphasize transparency in compensation, with a guaranteed starting salary and a commission structure that grows annually. We do not have non-compete clauses and offer a stable, guaranteed salary without sudden drops. Our infrastructure, financial modeling, and mentorship support dentists in becoming partners in existing clinics, leading new ones, or pursuing multi-location ownership.
