Requirements
- Graduation from an approved school of dentistry. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
- Possess a license to practice dentistry issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry.
- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
- Perform dental evaluations, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans for inmates
- Provide restorative and preventative treatments and ensure infection control standards are met
- Lead Dental Assistants and Hygienists, provide training, and review work performance
- Inspect schedules, records, and documentation to maintain quality and respond to patient concerns
- Evaluate clinic operations and prepare required reports to support continuous improvement
- Maintain and approve inventory items while ensuring proper security and control
