About The Position

The Dental Team Leader supports Smile Brands’ mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team. The role oversees patient scheduling, collections and receivables, supplies, and operational expenses; monitors staff productivity; and manages team training related to patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties, and compliance. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked. Smile Brands supports more than 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states. The company describes its mission as delivering smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners. Requirements

At least one year of experience as a team lead in a dental office.
Experience leading a team.
Knowledge of dental terminology.

Responsibilities
