About The Position

The Dental Team Leader supports the mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily dental office operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the team’s success. The role includes managing patient scheduling, collections and receivables, supplies, operational expenses, staff productivity, training, equipment monitoring and maintenance, and compliance.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a team lead in a dental office.
• Experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient scheduling.
• Manage collections and receivables.
• Obtain supplies and navigate operational expenses.
• Monitor staff productivity and support the team as needed.
• Manage staff training on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties, and compliance.
