About The Position

Dental A Team is hiring an experienced Dental Practice Consultant to join our growing team. This full-time, remote and on-site dental consulting career is located in Arizona and offers skilled professionals the opportunity to positively impact dental practices nationwide. You'll provide personalized practice management consulting, dental coaching, and operational strategy — both virtual and in-person — that drives growth, profitability, and improvement for dental professionals and their teams. We collaborate closely with clients, working hand-in-hand to achieve their goals. We attract clients who are genuinely ready for a consultant. We allow autonomy in our consulting approach for a truly customized client experience. We offer both virtual and in-person consulting. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dental Business Consultant or Dental Practice Consultant
  • Strong understanding of dental office processes, practice management, and market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, leadership development, and interpersonal skills — positive, energetic, and ready to bring fun into your work
  • Innovative, adaptable, and able to pivot on a dime
  • Driven by personal and professional growth
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented spirit
  • Must be located in Arizona, or willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Dental Consulting, Dental Coaching, or Dental Practice Management experience
  • Experience as a Dental Consultant with a dental consulting company (not just dental office experience — true consulting experience)
  • You drive growth in dental practices and improve practice profitability and operations
  • You've sat in their seats — Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator — and excelled in each role
  • You've built and led high-performing leadership and dental teams
  • You've coached dentists to become savvy business owners and strong leaders within their practices
  • You know how to track and drive results using dental KPIs and practice management data
  • You love leading productive team meetings, one-on-ones, and large group training sessions
  • You know how to boost treatment acceptance rates and case presentation
  • You have a unique ability to inspire and implement change management within dental practices
  • You love helping people

Responsibilities

  • Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives
  • Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans
  • Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on-site, as needed
  • Implement business strategies that promote growth and sustainability
  • Mentor dental teams with constructive feedback and motivational support
  • Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in dental consulting
  • Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and time effectively
