A-Team Dental Staffing is partnering with an established private dental practice in Altadena, CA to hire an experienced Dental Practice Administrator for an exciting direct-hire opportunity. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of dental management experience
- Previous Practice Administrator or Office Manager leadership experience
- Heavy MGE experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of practice financials, KPIs, and business operations
- Experience coaching for production, collections, and case acceptance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Passion for leadership, team development, and operational excellence

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a multi-provider dental practice
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the administrative and clinical support teams
- Drive practice growth through leadership, accountability, and team development
- Monitor KPIs including production, collections, case acceptance, scheduling efficiency, and patient retention
- Partner with doctors to implement strategic initiatives and practice goals
- Conduct team meetings, morning huddles, and performance reviews
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience and a culture of hospitality
- Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and employee development
- Support financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and California dental regulations
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture
