Requirements

3 to 5 years of dedicated dental office management experience (required).
Proficient in dental practice management software, dental billing, insurance coding/verification, and presenting comprehensive treatment plans.
A warm, professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and an operational mindset.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are highly valued but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coordinate a dedicated front-office and clinical team (including administrative staff, hygienists, and assistants).
Organize scheduling and optimize daily workflows.
Oversee dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing.
Conduct treatment presentations, discuss financial options, and help patients maximize their benefits.
Drive patient retention and new patient acquisition by ensuring consistent, exceptional customer service.
Handle patient inquiries, scheduling optimizations, and billing resolutions.
Manage day-to-day office logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate supply ordering, and maintain strong, open internal communication channels.
