About The Position

Aspen Dental seeks a registered dental hygienist to provide patient-centered oral health care as a clinical partner to the doctor. The hygienist has autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, structured onboarding, and hands-on training. Practices are independently owned and operated, with support and resources from a national network.

The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. Schedules typically involve 5–7 patients per day, allowing time for thorough assessments, patient education, and meaningful care. New hires receive two weeks of structured onboarding and training, mentorship and clinical support from the Hygiene Support Team, and access to ongoing learning and continuing education through TAG University.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage the schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
• Assess patients’ oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
