About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered oral health care as an empowered clinician and trusted provider. The hygienist partners with the doctor, assesses oral health, recommends care based on clinical indicators, and educates patients. The role offers autonomy and schedules designed to allow thorough assessments, patient education, and meaningful care, typically serving 5–7 patients per day.

The position includes structured two-week onboarding and training, digital tools and workflows, and mentorship and clinical support from the Hygiene Support Team. Hygienists gain hands-on experience with voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI, as well as continuing education and career development through TAG University. Opportunities are available full-time, part-time, or PRN. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage the schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
• Assess patients’ oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
