Dental Hygienist (RDH)
About The Position
Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered oral health care as an empowered clinician and trusted provider. The hygienist partners with the doctor while having autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients. The position is open to new graduates and experienced hygienists, with structured onboarding, hands-on training, advanced technology, and support from the Hygiene Support Team. Practices are independently owned and locally operated, with support and resources from a national network. Opportunities are available full-time, part-time, or PRN. Schedules are designed for approximately 5–7 patients per day, allowing time for thorough assessments, patient education, and care. Digital workflows support charting and clinical decision-making. Ongoing learning and career development are available through TAG University. Compensation is $58–$63 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid monthly over 12 months and may be used for tuition reimbursement, relocation, and other needs. Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for patient education.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
- Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Manage schedules and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
- Assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
