Aspen Dental dental hygienists are empowered clinicians and trusted oral health providers who partner with doctors while independently assessing oral health, recommending care based on clinical indicators, and educating patients. The role offers autonomy to deliver thorough, patient-centered care without being rushed. Hygienists work in a modern clinical environment with advanced technology, structured onboarding, and hands-on training. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated, with local cultures supported by the resources and innovation of a national network. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. Schedules typically involve 5–7 patients per day, and new hires receive two weeks of onboarding and training. Digital tools and workflows support charting and clinical decisions, and the Hygiene Support Team provides mentorship and clinical support. TAG University offers ongoing learning and continuing education. Compensation is $43–$48 per hour, plus an uncapped incentive plan. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for tuition reimbursement, relocation, and other uses. Benefits are available to full-time and part-time hygienists, with some benefits potentially varying by employment status and independently owned practice location.
