About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a registered dental hygienist to provide patient-centered oral health care in a modern clinical environment. Hygienists work as clinical partners to doctors and have autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients at a manageable pace. The practice offers structured onboarding, hands-on training, digital workflows, advanced technology, and support from a Hygiene Support Team. The schedule is Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with additional days available.

This role is available to new graduates and experienced hygienists. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, with non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage the schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care.
• Assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
