About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered oral health care in a modern clinical environment. The hygienist serves as a clinical partner to the doctor, with autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients. The role includes structured onboarding, hands-on training, digital tools, and clinical mentorship through the Hygiene Support Team. The schedule is Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with additional days available.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage the schedule and supplies to provide comprehensive care.
