About The Position

Frankel Dentistry, part of Dental365, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for its practice at 3150 Dustin Rd #1, Oregon, Ohio. The role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered dental hygiene care in a modern, safety-conscious practice. Hygienists have one-hour recall appointments to allow dedicated time for patients. The schedule is Monday 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Part-time and per-diem opportunities are also open for discussion. Requirements

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the respective state.
Current CPR (BLS) certification.
Working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and detailed documentation.
Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.

Responsibilities

Provide concierge-level patient care with exceptional chairside manner and build trust with patients.
Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to support patients’ overall oral health.
Document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
Take x-rays and intraoral images to assist with treatment planning and document progress or changes.
Perform oral hygiene procedures according to treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
Handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during treatment.
Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.
