About The Position

Dental365 is hiring a Dental Hygienist for Grove Dental Group in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered dental hygiene care in a modern practice environment. Hygienists have one-hour recall appointments, access to a Hygiene Executive Committee that supports the team and career growth, and a workplace culture that emphasizes health over sales without production quotas. The schedule can be arranged as full-time, part-time, or per diem, with flexibility. The listed schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday off; and one Saturday per month, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A $5,000 welcoming bonus is currently offered to the right candidate. The salary range is $45–$50 per hour and may vary based on experience. Benefits are available to full-time employees working 30 or more hours weekly, with some benefits also available to part-time employees.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
• Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level care and exceptional chairside manner while building trust with patients.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to support patients’ oral health.
• Document and review patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take X-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and track progress or changes.
• Perform oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
• Handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
• Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.
