About The Position
Aspen Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a Monday-only schedule. Hygienists are trusted oral health providers and clinical partners to the doctor, with autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients. The role is supported by a modern clinical environment, advanced technology, structured onboarding, hands-on training, and a Hygiene Support Team. Practices are independently owned and operated while benefiting from the resources and support of a national network. The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities, with schedules designed to allow thorough assessments, patient education, and meaningful care. Hygienists typically see 5–7 patients per day. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour, plus an uncapped incentive plan. Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for patient education.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
- Assess patients’ oral health and recommend care based on clinical indicators.
- Educate patients and support patient communication and case acceptance.
- Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Manage the schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care.
