About The Position
Aspen Dental is hiring a registered dental hygienist to provide patient-centered oral health care as a clinical partner to the doctor. The hygienist will assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients, with autonomy and time for thorough care. The role is supported by a modern clinical environment, advanced technology, structured onboarding, hands-on training, and a Hygiene Support Team. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, or PRN work. The posting highlights Monday-only scheduling and manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day. The position offers compensation of $50–$55 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan. Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for patient education.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
- Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Manage the schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
- Assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
