About The Position
We are seeking a high-energy Dental Assistant Trainer who is committed to creating an exceptional patient experience while developing confident, knowledgeable, and successful dental assistants. This role is suited to an experienced dental assistant who enjoys leading by example, coaching and mentoring others, and making a lasting impact on patients and team members. The Trainer helps new dental assistants build confidence, master clinical skills, and provide outstanding patient care while supporting ongoing education and continuous improvement. The position is full-time and located in Cornelius, North Carolina, with travel between office locations as needed.
Requirements
- Experience as a Dental Assistant with strong clinical knowledge.
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others.
- Outstanding patient care and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Leadership ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Organized, dependable, and adaptable.
- Ability to travel between office locations as needed.
- NC X-ray certification.
- CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- DA II certification.
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor new dental assistants through hands-on coaching.
