About The Position

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead a pilot campaign generating qualified leads and laying the groundwork for scalable growth. You'll develop campaign assets, optimize performance, and document processes for future expansion.

Requirements

  • Multi-channel Campaign Management: Proficiency in managing campaigns across various channels such as email, content marketing, and events.
  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot to automate and nurture leads.
  • CRM Management: Understanding and managing customer relationship management systems to track lead behavior and optimize campaigns.
  • Lead Scoring and Nurturing: Skills in scoring leads and nurturing them through personalized content and communication.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and valuable content that aligns with the buyer's journey and educates potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign messaging and copy that converts prospects into qualified leads
  • Design demand generation program framework, including channels, targeting approach, and regional strategy
  • Create messaging and copy for campaign assets (3-6 assets)
  • Conduct mid-pilot check-ins with VARs to gather feedback on lead quality and conversion
  • Deliver scale recommendations, including budget, resources, and rollout timeline
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns
  • Establish a scalable demand generation framework
  • Drive growth through data-driven optimization and expansion
