We're a remote-first company that cares deeply about craft, clarity, and building tools people actually love to use. We know there are channels and programs out there that can generate meaningful new revenue for Metabase — we just haven't found all of them yet. That's the job. You'll design and run a disciplined portfolio of experiments across paid, owned, and earned channels — newsletters, Reddit, Meta, email, digital events, conference sponsorships, and more — to figure out what actually works for our audience. You won't just run campaigns; you'll build the testing infrastructure and measurement rigor that turns early signals into scalable programs. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable sketching a creative concept and building a performance tracking spreadsheet — and who finds genuine satisfaction in applying the scientific method to marketing.
