Delivery Team Lead
About The Position
Arcadis is seeking a Delivery Team Lead to manage the production of design team deliverables for the construction phase of architectural design for a bus maintenance and repair building. This role involves leading and participating with the design team, including GEC members, in developing contract deliverables. The Lead will also be responsible for interdisciplinary technical coordination meetings, BIM coordination meetings, and stakeholder technical group meetings. Additionally, the role requires maintaining Constructability Review comment logs, producing meeting agendas and minutes, and participating in internal Arcadis financial reporting meetings with Senior PM/Executive leadership team.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture
- US licensure required
- Minimum 12 years’ experience
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale facility projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of building systems, industrial workflows, and maintenance facility requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with building codes, transportation regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Provide guidance during construction, addressing RFIs and site issues.
