About The Position

HPM Building Supply is seeking a full-time Delivery Supervisor in Kapolei, Hawaii, to lead a smooth and efficient customer experience while consistently upholding the quality of delivery services. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some Saturday work may be needed; the business is closed on Sundays.

Requirements

• Knowledge of building materials and lumber is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to become forklift certified.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in delivery management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
