About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment for students and the studio community. The role supports the student experience and includes a discounted studio membership to help team members deepen their connection with the community and personal yoga practice. Team members are expected to demonstrate CorePower’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs. The role is based at the Kapolei studio. Compensation is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month; the schedule varies based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
