About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming studio environment for students and the community. The role supports the student experience at the studio and includes access to a discounted studio membership. This is a part-time role requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs. The position offers $17.81 per hour. Members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, which includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified teacher trainings. Additional perks include continued education offerings, access to the Employee Assistance Program, and time-and-a-half pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
