About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and ready-to-use yoga studio environment. SET members contribute to the student experience and embody the company’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. This part-time role involves committing to up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs. The position offers access to a discounted studio membership.

Requirements

• Be able to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
