About The Position

The Delivery Manager - OFE leads the integrated delivery of the Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) scope, from supplier engineering and manufacturing through logistics, receipt, storage, preservation, installation support, commissioning, and turnover. The role coordinates the Owner, EPC functions, OEMs, engineer, logistics providers, and site teams to meet approved safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives while maintaining the contractual accountability of each party. The role supports a 1.3 GW simple-cycle power generation facility in Millersport, Ohio, adjacent to a hyperscale data center campus. The facility includes Solar Titan 130 and Siemens SGT800 gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery energy storage systems, substations, and associated balance-of-plant infrastructure. Project work includes civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, underground utility, control systems, and commissioning activities. Construction uses direct-hire and subcontracted labor, supported by modularization, pre-assembly, offsite warehousing, and advanced work packaging.
