About The Position

The Delivery Manager (internal position title: Operations Execution Project Manager) manages the execution and change management of large, complex operations projects and core operational activities that affect employees, customers, and agents. The role leads and facilitates multiple large cross-functional teams to implement business solutions aligned with enterprise strategy, and collaborates with leadership and stakeholders across the enterprise to build effective relationships and deliver portfolio initiatives. The position develops change-management plans and execution activities, including impact analysis and change-readiness assessments. It also develops and delivers go-to-market strategies, presentations, and communications to support changes and key initiatives affecting agencies and districts. The role identifies insights that inform business decisions, ensures short- and long-term strategies and processes are executed, resolves and mitigates issues, and identifies opportunities and risks arising from changes in the internal and external environment. The job may be performed in person at a Farmers office or virtually from an approved alternative work location. Farmers describes its workplace as hybrid or remote. For employees living within 50 miles of a corporate office, the hybrid arrangement calls for at least three days in the office and up to two days virtual; applicants living farther away may still be considered.
