About The Position

As a Delivery & Set Up Driver, you help deliver a positive customer experience by safely and efficiently relocating and delivering office equipment. You are responsible for equipment delivery, vehicle safety and cleanliness, basic customer training, and networking installations. You work with field technicians and dispatch to support smooth operations and resolve issues, and maintain accurate delivery records and customer documentation.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Safe driving record.
At least two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
On-the-job technical training in networking and installation.
Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive commercial vehicles according to FMCSR regulations.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with smart devices and basic computer skills.
Certification in the operation and use of warehouse equipment.
Ability to read maps and navigate using electronic GPS systems.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver equipment to designated locations while following DOT regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip reviews to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
Use efficient pickup and delivery practices to minimize costs.
Provide basic training and networking installations.
Collaborate with field technicians, dispatch, and other team members to support smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Accurately complete and promptly process delivery paperwork, customer signatures, and transaction records.
