About The Position
Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver/Install Runner to support delivery operations, field technicians, and warehouse and facility upkeep. The role involves picking up and delivering materials, assisting technicians when needed, organizing inventory, and maintaining vehicles and work areas. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, starting at 5:00 AM and continuing until the work is accomplished. Pay is $17–$18 per hour, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Report to IDS at the start of the day to assist with immediate delivery runs.
- Pick up special-order materials from supply houses as needed.
- Return to the warehouse and check in with IDS for additional delivery assignments.
- Assist field technicians when additional support is needed.
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling as required.
- Put away inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management.
- Clean and maintain company vehicles and warehouse facilities.
- Help maintain the parking lot and office areas.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by IDS.
