About The Position

As a Delivery & Set Up Driver, you will deliver and relocate office equipment safely and efficiently while providing a positive customer experience. You will help customers transition to their equipment by providing basic training and networking installations, and work with field technicians and dispatch to support smooth operations and resolve issues. The role also involves inspecting vehicle safety and cleanliness, following DOT regulations, and completing delivery paperwork accurately and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Safe driving record.
• At least two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
• On-the-job technical training in networking and installation.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive commercial vehicles according to FMCSR regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with smart devices and basic computer skills.
• Certification in operation and use of warehouse equipment.
• Ability to read maps and navigate with electronic GPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver equipment to designated locations while adhering to DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip reviews to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Use efficient pickup and delivery practices to minimize costs.
• Provide basic training and networking installations for customers.
• Collaborate with field technicians, dispatch, and other team members to support smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Accurately complete and promptly process delivery documentation and customer signatures, maintaining thorough transaction records.
