About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its St. Louis location on Pershing Ave. The role delivers products along assigned neighborhood routes and represents the organization through friendly, professional service. It suits someone who can work independently, stay organized and efficient, and build positive connections with customers and the community.

The Delivery Driver safely operates a vehicle, uses GPS and route tools, handles payments, and loads and unloads delivery items while maintaining product quality. The role also involves keeping delivery records, communicating issues or delays to management, conducting vehicle safety checks, following traffic laws and company safety protocols, and meeting delivery targets and time commitments. Familiarity with the St. Louis area is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history if age 18; at least 1 year of driving history if age 19 or older.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and digital mapping tools.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration.

Responsibilities
