About The Position

Rogue Pizza LLC, a locally owned and operated independent Domino’s franchise, is hiring Delivery Experts for its Mission, Kansas location. Delivery Experts deliver products by car and to customers’ doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes general store team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing phone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement, including to management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of history and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must pass motor vehicle record qualifications and a criminal background check.
Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and take and process orders verbally, in writing, and by telephone.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must have the coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Must meet the stated physical requirements, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays, reaching, bending, occasional crouching or squatting, climbing stairs, and driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders, communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
Navigate delivery locations, including stairs, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other sites.
