About The Position

Rogue Pizza LLC, a locally owned and operated independent Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Expert in Basehor, Kansas. Delivery Experts deliver orders by car to customers’ doors and may distribute flyers and door hangers. Team members also perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance into management and other positions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history and a safe driving record meeting company standards; must pass motor vehicle record qualifications.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination to make precise movements; and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Must be able to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving; product and supply cases may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and to customers’ doors; make multiple deliveries during a shift as needed.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and the facility.
Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain, private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Unload and stock ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck; move trays and other supplies as needed.
