About The Position

Delivery Expert for Rogue Pizza LLC, a locally owned and operated independent Domino's franchise. The role delivers pizza and other products by car to customers, while also performing general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Training and orientation are provided on the job. The company describes flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance from delivery driver to management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with at least one year of history and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must pass motor vehicle record (MVR) qualifications and a criminal background check.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, in person and by telephone.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the described physical activities, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching.
Ability to drive and deliver in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, with the required far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers within a designated delivery area, including carrying products from the vehicle to the customer's location.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders, including entering orders by computer keyboard or touch screen.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility, approximately daily.
Perform other store-team tasks such as removing trash and completing outside tasks.
