About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring qualified delivery drivers to deliver products within a designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. Team members also perform general store duties, such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. Delivery duties include delivering products by car to customers’ doors and delivering flyers and door hangers. Team members may make several deliveries per shift and must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and stairs. The position involves working in a store and outdoors in varying weather, as well as exposure to different temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical duties include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies and orders, pushing or pulling trays, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the described physical duties, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery routes and sites, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
