About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers Domino’s products by car to customers within a designated delivery area and performs general store team-member duties. The role includes operating equipment; stocking ingredients and supplies; preparing products; receiving and processing phone orders; taking inventory and completing paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform precise, rapid motor movements with eye-hand and finger coordination.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area and to their doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
