About The Position

Domino’s Greensburg is a locally owned and operated business with four stores and opportunities for team members to advance. Delivery Experts deliver orders within a designated area and also perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, taking and processing telephone orders, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement to management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must have the motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and the ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Must be able to work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Must be able to meet the sensory demands of the role, including talking and hearing on the telephone, near-, mid-, and far-range vision, depth perception, and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ homes and other delivery locations within the designated area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to delivery addresses, including private homes, multi-story buildings, and other sites with potentially difficult terrain or stairs.
Operate store equipment and use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and stock product deliveries, including lifting and carrying supplies and ingredients.
Perform other store duties such as stocking, cleaning, and occasional maintenance tasks.
