About The Position
Domino's is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Closing Shift Delivery Expert for its locally owned and operated franchise in Kaysville, Utah. The role delivers pizzas and other menu items to customers, with an emphasis on friendly service, accurate orders, efficient delivery times, and safe driving. The Delivery Expert uses GPS and Domino's delivery management systems to plan routes, handles cash and card transactions, communicates with store staff, and represents the Domino's brand in customer interactions. The position also includes in-store tasks and physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, reaching, bending, and occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder. Delivery personnel use a vehicle to deliver orders within a designated area and may also deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to a reliable, properly insured and registered vehicle suitable for delivery.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer-service and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Physical capability to carry and deliver food orders safely.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery-time expectations.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Use GPS navigation and Domino's delivery management systems to plan efficient routes.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
- Provide friendly and courteous service at each delivery point.
- Check that orders are complete and accurate before leaving the store.
- Communicate delivery status and customer feedback to store staff.

- Represent Domino's brand values and maintain a positive attitude in customer interactions.
- Deliver product by car and to the customer's door within the designated delivery area.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Unload bulk product deliveries and stock supplies as needed.
- Perform in-store duties that may include cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks.
