About The Position

The Delivery Enablement Analyst supports development teams, product management, project managers, scrum masters, and Internet Business leadership. The role provides project visibility through recurring status reports, dashboards, and summaries that highlight progress, risks, and blockers. It administers and maintains work management tools, supports configuration and work-item hygiene, and helps ensure projects follow defined processes and documentation expectations. The analyst coordinates with Internet Business teams and other users to obtain missing information, clarify intake details, and ensure work items are complete and accurate. The role produces analytics and recommendations to improve data quality and reporting consistency, maintains tool-use standards and reference materials, and identifies delivery risks, bottlenecks, data gaps, and opportunities to improve processes, reporting, or tool usage. The position works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments, while assisting management with results-oriented processes and project management. It requires building and maintaining effective relationships with business contacts across cultures and organizational levels, adapting to changing business needs, handling confidential information with trustworthiness, and maintaining regular attendance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in delivery operations, project coordination, reporting, or tool administration.
Hands-on experience entering, updating, and maintaining accurate project or work data in a tracking system.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
Strong working knowledge of work management systems and practices, including work-item lifecycle tracking and documentation expectations.
Ability to create reports, dashboards, and visuals from multiple data sets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with multiple groups.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage concurrent requests with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at varying levels.
Ability to make quick decisions, analyze and critically evaluate information, maintain working relationships, learn, generate ideas, use time efficiently, meet quality standards, adapt to change, and strive to achieve.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and make independent judgments.
